SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant Fleet Management Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid) Engagement Type: Contract Clearance : Must have Secret Clearance already eligible for Controlled Goods About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management Functional Consultant to join a Public Sector S/4HANA implementation team. The project is running on SAP S/4HANA 2021 (Decentralized) with a strong focus on Fleet Management and is undergoing a technical upgrade from version 2021 to 2023. The environment includes a significant number of custom Fiori tiles, requiring a candidate who is adaptable and comfortable working in a customized SAP landscape. This seat designated as DFM (Driver & Fleet Management) is a delivery-focused role requiring hands-on involvement across testing, defect resolution, documentation, and learning content creation. Key Focus Areas Fleet Management (DFM) The candidate will be primarily responsible for the following Fleet Management functional areas within SAP TM: Driver Management including Business Partner (BP) data management and configuration Vehicle Management including Equipment master data Incident Management tracking, managing, and resolving fleet-related incidents within the system Core Responsibilities Perform regression testing across SAP TM and related modules following upgrade and change activities Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, working closely with business users and project teams Participate in defect triage and drive resolution in collaboration with the development and functional teams Create, test, and manage WRICEFs (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) in partnership with the development team Develop learning content and Business Process Procedure (BPP) recordings using SAP Enable Now Review and revise Process Design Documents (PDDs) to reflect system and business process changes Required Experience & Qualifications Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) in an S/4HANA environment Background or awareness of dependencies with Master Data and integrations within Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (PM/EAM) Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or upgrades , preferably in a Public Sector context Familiarity with custom Fiori tile environments and SAP UI5/Fiori-based workflows Experience with SAP Enable Now for learning content creation is an asset Experience with WRICEF development lifecycle and working with technical/development teams Key Competencies Strong core SAP functional knowledge with a willingness to continuously learn Flexibility to understand and adapt to complex business processes and evolving project needs Active listening skills with an ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Strong communication skills French language proficiency is preferred ; bilingual candidates will be given priority consideration Important Notes Public Sector experience is a strong asset Candidates must be comfortable working in an active upgraded project environment with shifting priorities This is a hybrid role specific on-site requirements will be confirmed upon engagement
