Lead Business Analyst Non-IT (BlackRock Aladdin Operations) | 6-Month Hybrid Contract | Toronto, ON Are you a hands-on expert in BlackRocks Aladdin platform, passionate about driving operational excellence within derivatives and collateral management? Were searching for a proactive Business Analyst leader to join our Clients team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent role. What Youll Do: Serve as the operations superuser of the Aladdin system, performing front-end tasks including user acceptance testing, executing test cases, and collaborating with stakeholders. Research and analyze derivatives and collateral initiatives to identify, document, and implement high-impact process improvements. Collect and manage business requirements, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Build partnerships across business and technology groups to deliver optimal solutions and communicate changes effectively. What You Bring: 5+ years of direct operational experience working inside the Aladdin platform (front end). Proven expertise with derivatives, collateral management, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle. Solid background in business analysis within the financial services sector. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (CFA, MBA, etc.) are valued. Why Join Us?
