Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role partners closely with leaders to build strong teams, enable performance and foster a positive workplace culture. Based in Vermont, you will play a key role in aligning regional people practices with global frameworks while ensuring local compliance and effective people support. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be felt across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the People function, delivering HR strategy aligned to global frameworks thatsupports organisational performance, growth and culture.Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and organisational capability, ensuringthe business has the structure, talent and capability to achieve its goals.Provide expert employee relations leadership, managing complex people matters and offeringtrusted HR advice to leaders.Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements, maintainingstrong governance, policies and HR best practice.Oversee end-to-end recruitment and support organisational growth, including involvementin M&A due diligence and post-acquisition people integration.About YouYou are an experienced and pragmatic HR leader who enjoys partnering with leaders in agrowing, fast-moving business. You bring a balanced approach of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with strong knowledge of employment practices in the Americas. You are confident navigating employee relations, supporting leaders and implementing people frameworks that enable business success.
