About the Role Reporting to the VP, Capital Markets, the Client Care Specialist Investor Support plays a key role in supporting Equitons growing Retail Sales team by ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively. This role provides critical administrative and compliance support to Relationship Managers and leadership, reach out directly to existing clients to update Know-Your-Client profiles and update client accounts. You will directly contribute to the teams success by ensuring a smooth flow of information and consistent delivery of a best-in-class client experience. This is a full-time 12-month contract based on-site at our Toronto or Burlington office. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and compliance support to the Capital Markets team. Reach out proactively to existing clients to maintain relationships, update investor profiles, and conduct suitability assessments. Prepare and maintain client documentation, know-your-client information, compliance reports, and related correspondence. Track and update CRM data, ensuring accurate and timely input of client and prospect information. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client information. Assist with onboarding processes for new and existing investors and the maintenance of investor materials and documentation. Manage ad hoc projects, administrative tasks, and requests from the VP, Capital Markets and relationship managers. What You Bring: CSC (Canadian Securities Course) or EMP (Exempt Market Products) certification required or actively being pursued 13 years of administrative or client relationship experience, ideally within financial services, real estate, or professional services. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience an asset. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Professional, proactive, and client-service oriented.
