The primary responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients to understand their legal needs. The Lawyer will also assist with negotiations, maintain compliance with legal regulations, and manage case files with attention to detail. Qualifications Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario 2+ years experience in family law, real estate, or wills and estates preferred. Strong advocacy, drafting and client management skills.
