Job Title

Were hiring a Project Director to lead the delivery of major ICI ground-up construction projects, providing executive oversight across planning, execution, financial performance, client management, and team leadership. Youll work closely with senior leadership, operations, consultants, subcontractors, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership across large-scale ICI projects from pre-construction to completion Oversee project strategy, execution planning, staffing, procurement approach, and delivery milestones Lead project teams to ensure performance across schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Manage relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and key external stakeholders Drive high-level financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, change management, contingency, and risk mitigation Provide executive direction on complex project challenges, claims, escalations, and recovery strategies Support pre-construction, design coordination, contract administration, and operational decision-making throughout the project lifecycle Establish and maintain reporting structures for project health, progress, commercial risk, and executive updates Mentor and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and broader project teams Ensure projects are executed in alignment with company standards, contractual obligations, and client expectations Qualifications 12+ years of experience in construction project leadership on large-scale ICI projects Proven experience leading major ground-up construction projects through all phases of delivery Strong background managing large project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client relationships Deep understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and change management Experience overseeing complex projects in commercial, institutional, or industrial environments $500M+ healthcare project experience would be considered a strong asset Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced, high-value, and highly coordinated construction environments
