Key Responsibilities: Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and courier items Perform document scanning, filing, and records management tasks Support administrative activities including data entry and document handling Operate mail and office equipment efficiently Assist with inventory, organizing supplies, and general office upkeep Handle physical tasks including lifting and moving items (up to 50 lbs) Key Requirements: 02 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or office support roles Strong communication skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
