This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail across multiple business units in Canada.Youll be working closely with internal teams and Advisors, ensuring service standards are consistently met while delivering excellent customer support. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages across business unitsPrepare, process, and ship outgoing mail and Advisor communications across CanadaManage high-volume mail operations, including bulk mail and daily workflow trackingHandle troubleshooting mail requiring higher accuracy and attention to detailProcess documents, print files, and maintain records using Microsoft Office toolsOperate mail processing equipment and support scanning and record management activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to fulfill requests and meet strict service level deadlinesMaintain accuracy and efficiency while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Required Skills & ExperienceStrong communication skills (verbal & written) with a customer-first mindsetPrior experience in administration, mailroom, courier, or customer service rolesExperience with scanning, document processing, or records managementProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelAbility to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs Key CompetenciesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skillsAbility to manage high-volume workloads and fluctuating demandsEffective problem-solving and adaptability
