This role requires a strategic partnership that will go above and beyond the typical scope of an Executive & Personal Assistant. In this role, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills are required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Support:Serve as complementary counterpart to ensure continuous support and crossover between business and personal commitmentsMaintain sensitive and complex business and personal calendars, requiring coordination with both internal and external executives, customers, and employeesArrange dinners, travel and all accommodations and create comprehensive and detailed itinerariesOversee charities involvementManage administrative tasks with a high level of detail and organization including, but not limited to taking notes in business meetingsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizational structure and business initiatives to allow for maximum supportManage inquiries from employees or external partners making a point to be approachable and service-orientedEnsure preparation for all meetings and events, and assist with preparation of presentation materials and/or written communication, as requestedAttend company events, as requiredDemonstrate composure and flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality alwaysResponsible for two-way flow of information between household and businessCoordinate and assist with organizing and answering emailsAssist on a variety of special company projects, meetings, and events as neededThis position does require some evenings and weekend workOther duties as assignedPersonal Support:Assist with personal errands including overseeing personal residence and scheduling appointments as neededScreen mail, delivery, and correspondence, managing responses where appropriateManage personal data and filingCoordinate pet care for one dog to and from boarding facility/vet, assist in training programs, and care & feeding, as requestedAttend social eventsIdentify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, proactively addressing issues as they ariseOther tasks, as requestedJOB REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant at an Executive Level is requiredExperience in a business setting or in a law firm or (applicable) post-secondary education will be preferredHigh level of organizational skillsAbility to interact and present themselves in a professional mannerAcute calendaring and meeting logistics handling skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel, and social mediaAvailable and willing to travel; must have a valid passportMust have a valid drivers licenseStrong attention to detail, customer service skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently with tight timelines***Salary range is between $65,000 - $80,000
