Role Description This is a freelance contract role for a Travel Consultant based in Toronto, ON, allowing some flexibility for remote work. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences, including cruises, flights, accommodations, and vacation packages. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel advice, handling reservations, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. It is 100% commission based. Qualifications Personal experience organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations for your own or others vacations Cruise or All-Inclusive Resort travel experiences are beneficial Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities Familiarity with travel booking platforms (booking your own flights, hotels, etc.) Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities Relevant certifications in travel will be required for sales (TICO - Travel Industry Council of Ontario Certificate)
