About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will support hiring for both hourly plant positions (production, maintenance, warehouse, skilled trades) and professional roles (engineering, supply chain, quality, operations leadership, HR, and finance). The ideal candidate understands the urgency and volume demands of manufacturing recruiting, has experience hiring for shift-based and high-volume roles, and brings strong knowledge of recruiting KPIs and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Experience with ADP CRM/ATS systems is a plus. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting (Hourly & Professional Roles) Partner with plant leadership and corporate hiring managers to understand workforce plans and production demands. Manage full-cycle recruiting for: Hourly production associates Skilled trades (maintenance technicians, electricians, machinists) Warehouse and logistics roles Engineering and technical professionals Supervisory and operations leadership roles Develop compelling job postings aligned with operational requirements. Conduct phone screens and behavioral-based interviews. Coordinate onsite interviews, plant tours, and panel interviews. Manage offer development, negotiations, and pre-employment processes. Support onboarding coordination to ensure smooth integration into plant operations. High-Volume & Skilled Trades Recruiting Execute high-volume recruiting strategies to meet fluctuating production needs. Build pipelines for hard-to-fill skilled trades and technical roles. Partner with local trade schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations. Attend job fairs and hiring events as needed. Maintain strong candidate communication in a competitive labor market. Recruiting Metrics & Workforce Analytics Track and manage key recruiting KPIs, including: Time-to-fill (especially for critical production roles) Cost-per-hire Applicant-to-hire ratio Source effectiveness Retention within first 90 days Offer acceptance rate Provide regular workforce hiring reports to plant and executive leadership. Identify trends in turnover and recommend talent acquisition strategies accordingly. Systems & Compliance Maintain accurate records within ATS/CRM systems; experience with ADP preferred. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Support background checks, drug screens, and employment verification processes. Continuously improve recruiting workflows to support operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments. Demonstrated experience recruiting both hourly plant roles and professional/technical positions. Strong working knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Experience with ATS/CRM systems; familiarity with ADP strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality of hire. Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of recruiting KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills with plant managers and senior leaders. Ability to work onsite in a plant environment as required. Preferred Skills Experience in multi-site manufacturing recruiting. Skilled trades recruiting experience. Knowledge of workforce planning and labor market trends. Experience supporting union or non-union manufacturing environments. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
