Job Description

Were seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience and an educational background in engineering, construction management, or civil/engineering technology . This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in construction or geotechnical contracting and enjoys being involved in both office and field operations. Youll support project managers and site teams in planning, documentation, scheduling, and execution of construction projects across North America. This is a fully onsite roleno remote work option is available designed for individuals who thrive in a handson, collaborative environment. You can look forward to spending approximately 30% to 60% of your time in the fresh air and your boots will get dirty. Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination Support field teams with daily project documentation, reporting, and communication Track project progress, materials, and equipment Prepare and maintain project files, drawings, and specifications Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics Assist with quality control, safety documentation, and compliance requirements Participate in site meetings and provide updates to project managers Support cost tracking, change orders, and project closeout documentation Contribute to problemsolving and issue resolution on active job sites Qualifications 13 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related project coordination Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil/Construction Technology , or similar field Experience in geotechnical contracting is an asset Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively on job sites and in an office environment Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with construction and scheduling software is an asset Valid drivers license and ability to travel to job sites as required Detailoriented, proactive, and eager to learn Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship and eligible to travel to the United States for work purposes.
