CNC Programmer Role and Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment to manufacture precision components to tight tolerances. Perform in-process and final inspections using various measurement tools to ensure parts meet required specifications. Monitor machine performance, complete production documentation, and perform basic maintenance including tool changes as needed. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in manufacturing, machining, or a related field Several years of experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation in a precision machining environment Experience working with multi-axis CNC equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings and machining requirements Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code/M-code) and CAM software Programming experience including Mastercam, G codes, M codes required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working with a range of materials, including metals and engineered materials Ability to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards Comfortable using a variety of inspection and measurement tools Raymond Ip 905-477-3315 ext 307
