The Opportunity Talent Harbour is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the continued growth of our executive search division. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across a variety of roles, industries, and organizational levels. You will work closely with our internal team to execute high-impact searches while helping build strong pipelines of exceptional candidates. This is an opportunity to join a growing boutique firm where you will collaborate with experienced operators and HR leaders while contributing to building world-class teams for our clients. Key Responsibilities Support and execute recruitment engagements across multiple industries and role types Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates Conduct research, sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach Identify and engage qualified professionals through proactive sourcing, research, and networking Conduct candidate interviews and assessments Coordinate interviews and support offer processes Maintain strong candidate relationships and long-term talent pipelines Track candidate activity and search progress through CRM and ATS systems Stay current on market trends, talent movements, and recruitment best practices Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and timeliness Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or search environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple search projects simultaneously Strong research and analytical skills Ability to engage effectively with professionals across various levels of an organization Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) What We Offer Base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commission Total compensation potential of $100,000$300,000 Exposure to a wide range of hiring projects across multiple industries and organizations Opportunity to work with respected organizations across multiple industries A collaborative, high-performance environment within a growing national firm Location In-office (5 days/week) 8am - 5pm Burnaby, BC Office relocating to Port Moody / Tri-Cities in near future How to Apply If you are an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for recruiting and talent management, we would love to hear from you.
