Responsibilities Support Art Directors by setting up files and making design edits for email, social media, video, web, and traditional Direct Marketing collateral Execute design concepts and layouts under direction of Art Directors, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain brand consistency across all projects and deliverables Collaborate with Studio teams to ensure technical requirements are met Receive and implement feedback efficiently, with a positive and collaborative attitude Qualifications Post-secondary education related to Graphic Design The ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Fluent in all relevant design software, such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Strong attention to detail Working knowledge of Web development best practices (responsive design, HTML5, CSS) This is a hybrid role and employees are expected to work from our Toronto office three days per week.
