Company Description Pay: CA$32.00 - CA$55.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Red Seal Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, various repair and maintenance tasks. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing all different types of equipment in both commercial and residential application. The Mechanic will work with a variety of systems, including Heat Pumps, HRV, VRF, RTU and Refrigeration. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in equipment and systems. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery. Weld components when necessary to repair or build equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Install, service & repair Heat Pumps, HRVs, VRFs, RTUs, and refrigeration systems Work in both commercial and residential Qualifications Red Seal Refrigeration Bonus and top pay if you also carry a gas ticket Strong troubleshooting skills, good attitude, reliable 3rd/4th year apprentices considered if experienced Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
