Our commitment to excellence helps transform client visions into high-quality, precise results. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator, located in Ontario, Canada. The Senior Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates, review project plans, analyze labor, materials, and time requirements, and collaborate with project teams to determine construction budgets. Additional responsibilities include managing bid submissions, maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in cost estimation, bid preparation, and budget development Experience analyzing project plans and specifications Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards for ICI, retail, and hospitality projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Attention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure accurate and competitive estimates Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Project) Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in construction estimating with a general contractor
