IT Systems Analyst Mississauga, Ontario $65,000 - $85,000 + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Benefits Excellent opportunity for an IT Systems Analyst to take on a key, hands-on role within a growing electronics manufacturer, offering a technically varied position with clear progression into systems, infrastructure, and project ownership. On offer is a business-critical role where youll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, supporting users while also contributing to infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, and system upgrades across the business. This global manufacturer designs and builds high-reliability electronic controls and systems used in rugged environments including oil & gas, mining, power generation, and industrial automation. All design and manufacturing is handled in-house, and the company is widely regarded as a leader in its field. As part of continued growth, they are now expanding their IT team and looking to bring in a motivated individual to support and improve their IT environment. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure, while also getting involved in projects such as firewall implementation, NAS upgrades, and system improvements. You will play a key role in onboarding/offboarding, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. Over time, you will take ownership of projects and have the opportunity to grow into a more senior or specialist position within the business. This role would suit an IT Systems Analyst or IT Support Engineer with strong fundamentals across infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft environments, looking to take the next step in a growing company.
