IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY Interim Vice President, Human Resources Reports To: Head of Human Resources Duration: 6 Months Location: Vancouver 3-4 days per week in office Our client is seeking seasoned 2 in HR to help them through a transition. They have a wide range of projects on the go that need support. The objective is to offload some of these project from the Head of HR so that they can focus on other strategic initiatives. Key Accountabilities: Lead the HR Business Partner team Be the executive support for some aggressive project Help the team arrive at pragmatic solutions as the organization deals with change. Competencies and Requirements: Significant experience leading teams particularly the HRBP team. Agile, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. Experience with collective bargaining environments would be helpful. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys variety and a fast pace.
