The Senior Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates, review project plans, analyze labor, materials, and time requirements, and collaborate with project teams to determine construction budgets. Additional responsibilities include managing bid submissions, maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.QualificationsStrong skills in cost estimation, bid preparation, and budget developmentExperience analyzing project plans and specificationsProficiency with construction estimating software and toolsKnowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards for ICI, retail, and hospitality projectsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsAttention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure accurate and competitive estimatesDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Project)Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline5+ years of experience in construction estimating with a general contractor
