Brief Description The Human Resources Coordinator will deliver key administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient support is available for all HR services. The Human Resources Coordinator role assists with onboarding, employee records management, HR systems, and day-to-day employee inquiries. This position is a key point of contact for employees and plays a vital role in supporting a positive, organized, and people-focused HR function. This is an onsite position based out of our Edmonton, AB corporate office. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure exceptional employee experience Assist with preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Input and update employee data in HRIS systems Assist with benefits administration (enrollment, changes, communications) Assist with general administrative tasks as they arise Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events Assist HR team members with investigations by preparing documentation or scheduling meetings Support policy updates, communications, and administration Provide support to our talent team as needed Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures Requirements 13 years of HR or administrative experience College diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration would be an asset Experience with HRIS systems (ADP & UKG is an asset) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong customer service mindset High level of organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Where Potential Powers Progress At Sunbelt Solomon, we believe progress starts with people their ideas, their expertise, and their drive to make energy work better.
