Hourly Rate: $29.58 - $36.97 (Commensurate with Experience) Permanent Full Time Start Date As soon as possible We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the President and CEO. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the CEOs strategic priorities by managing day-to-day administrative functions, facilitating effective communication, and strengthening relationships across the organization and with external partners. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare executives for internal and external engagements. Communication: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing notes. Serve as a trusted point of contact for executives, staff, board members, and stakeholders. Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics for leadership team sessions, committees, conferences, and special events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. Information & Document Management: Maintain accurate filing systems, track organizational priorities, and ensure timely access to information for decision-making. Project Support: Assist with strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and monitor progress toward organizational goals. Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Relationship Management: Build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Postsecondary diploma in Political Science, English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field (focus on writing, public relations, or governance is an asset). Minimum 3 years experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within healthcare, nonprofit, or the public sector. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Bilingualism (English/French) considered a strong asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
