Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the Retail Associate position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a tidy and organized store, and ensuring shelves are stocked and well-presented. We value initiative, allowing you to take ownership of your tasks and work independently. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering advice on product needs. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide support in daily operations. Maintain an organized and clean store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging product displays, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. Participate in promotional events, assisting to set up, engage customers, and ensure smooth operations during in-house and community events. Operate POS system, process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly. Open and close the store as required, ensuring all procedures are followed for security, cash handling, and store readiness. Qualifications & Experience Previous retail or customer service experience required. Basic knowledge of current product lines is an asset, but not requiredwillingness to learn is essential.
