This role ensures smooth daytoday HR operations, delivers highquality service to employees, and supports the HR team in executing key programs and processes. The role reports into the Supervisor HRS.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Service Desk & AdministrationPrepare employment letters, verification documents, and confirmations.Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including ID badges/photos, onboarding kits, Day 1 schedules, and calendar invites.Prepare and distribute new hire announcements.Travel & VisitsExecute travel bookings (flights, hotels, ground transportation) following policy compliance and approval verification.Maintain traveller itineraries, track vendor credits, and monitor preferred supplier usage.Support travel logistics for expatriate families as directed by the Senior HR Coordinator and HR Supervisor.Office & Cafeteria LogisticsManage office supply inventories and replenish kitchen consumables.Coordinate requisitions with the Calgary office for remote supply needs.Serve as the operational point of contact for cafeteriarelated activities (daily issues, orders, schedule changes)Telecom & CardsProcess mobile phone requests (new activations, changes, returns).Update telecom and asset trackers accordingly.Prepare monthly Bell mobility reconciliations.Event & Meeting SupportManage room bookings, catering orders, and signage printing/pickup.Support material preparation, guest reception, and onsite logistics.Assist the Senior HR Coordinator & HR Supervisor with planning and executing HR events.Records, Trackers & HR AuditMaintain shared trackers, including supplies, telecom, gas cards, invoices, tickets, and onboarding logistics.Support HR audit activities through accurate file management and documentation.Quarterly Dashboards & ReportingCollaborate closely with the HR Supervisor to create reports tailored to team needs.Support the preparation of quarterly HR dashboard reporting.Team SupportSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate logistics.Conduct reference checks for candidates who have received offers.Other duties as assignedRequired CompetenciesAdministrative Expertise: Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.Automotive Industry Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.Software Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Lease Agreement Knowledge: Indepth understanding of lease agreements, including related processes and terminology.ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a customer serviceoriented mindset.Time Management & Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear and effective interactions with all stakeholders.Mobis Parts Canada Corp. has accommodation process in place for employees with disabilities.
