Sessional Lecturer, EFDT 301, Educational Foundations (ITEP Moosomin First Nation) The Department of Educational Foundations and the Indian Teacher Education Program (ITEP) in the College of Education and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for an Out-of-Scope Sessional Lecturer to teach the following community-based courses during the following session: Summer 2026 Session Course Number, Section, and Name: EFDT 301.3 (E54) Educator Identity in Contexts Anti Oppressive and Ethical Beginnings Term and Course Dates: Summer Q3 (July 2 to July 24, 2026) CRN: 61433 Delivery Mode: Lecture (Live in-person on Moosomin First Nation) Course Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends without special permission) Expected Enrollment Limit: 35 Location: Moosomin First Nation (approx. 2hrs NW of Saskatoon, SK) Qualifications: Minimum of a Masters degree or equivalent in Education or related discipline and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience. Applicants must possess knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Mtis, and Inuit culture as well as the socio-economic and pedagogical factors associated with teaching this body of students. A valid drivers license is required for any off campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required.
