Graniti Vicentia Canada ULC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee specialty interior scope packages for multi-family and high-end residential developments in the U.S., with a focus on the Houston market.Based in our Medicine Hat, Alberta office, this role works closely with our U.S. operations, fabrication teams, general contractors, and field installers. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering millwork, cabinetry, countertops, bath accessories, and interior finishes on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a key leadership opportunity within a growing specialty subcontracting organization serving premium residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from contract award through close-outReview architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts to confirm scope completeness and identify risksDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with the General Contractors master scheduleCoordinate shop drawings, submittals, samples, and approvals with architects and design consultantsOversee procurement and fabrication timelines in collaboration with production teamsTrack budgets, forecast costs, and manage change ordersAttend coordination and progress meetings (virtual and occasional in-person as required)Coordinate with U.S.-based site teams to support installation sequencing and resolve field issuesProactively address technical, logistical, and scheduling challengesManage project documentation, progress billings, and close-out requirements.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience managing millwork, cabinetry, countertops, or interior finish packagesExperience working for a specialty subcontractor strongly preferredProven experience delivering scope on multi-family or luxury residential projectsStrong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication processes, and installation sequencingAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and millwork drawingsExperience coordinating cross-border or remote project teams is an assetProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCompetitive compensation packageExtended health and dental benefitsPaid time offCareer growth within a specialized and expanding companyExposure to large-scale U.S. multi-family developmentsCollaborative, performance-driven team cultureADA Physical RequirementsIn accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the following physical requirements are representative of those necessary to perform the essential functions of this role.
