We have added 4 iconic brands to our portfolio: Carefree, Stayfree, Playtex Sport and o.b. We are looking for talented team members to join us and support accelerating growth of these well-known brands alongside TENA(R), the #1 Incontinence Brand in Canada.Essity is looking for an experienced **Customer Strategy Manager** with a passion for transforming insights into strategy and go to market excellence**.** The successful candidate will be responsible for developing & executing channel specific go to market strategies, integrating brand and customer priorities, to unlock growth. They will represent the Voice of the Customer internally through the business planning cycle, partnering closely with customer and marketing teams while optimizing price and promotional strategies that drive profitable market share growth. Cross-functional collaboration and partnership is vital to success in this role, as well as a solid understanding of the dynamic retail environment, including opportunities and challenges faced in retail execution excellence. We are looking for a candidate with innovative ideas and a proven ability to test and learn.**This is a hybrid position.
