We are currently seeking a business developmentdriven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of strategic clients while building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that create value. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the District Manager, the Account Manager performs the following tasks: Attain new opportunities cultivate leads Sell and promote our products to existing customers; Increase client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence; Provide exceptional customer support and personalized after-sales service; Understand clients needs and their requirements in order to provide optimal solutions; Work closely with various corporate partners to develop and close sales. Qualifications Minimum of 5-10 years experience in outside sales position; Skills for virtual sales; Knowledge in sanitation is an asset; Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite); Outstanding organization skills and to be solution-oriented; Willingness to learn and continue to be challenged; Ability to work independently and as a team; Ability to work well under pressure and to adapt quickly to change.
