Job Description

We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our Saskatoon teams. Responsibilities: Project Support Support, operate and provide incremental improvements to Primarys project management software. Provide project support and coordination for the project team to help ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. Maintain accurate project tracking and data entry, Verify receipt of services procured to support payment of supplier invoices. Professionally interface with key external personnel including, clients, host utilities, approving authorities, and others as required. Project Financial Support Prepare and enter invoicing in Primarys accounting system, Complete billing and invoicing for various clients. Project administration, including the timely performance of administrative tasks to initiate, monitor progress, close, bill, and archive project files digitally. Summarize and evaluate project financial outcomes at completion. Office Administration General office support tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating building maintenance and landlord, etc. Prepare and file personnel and fleet expenses. Other office support duties as required. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education such as a degree or certificate in business administration, project management, or accounting. Experience working in the electric utility, or a related engineering/construction environment would be an asset. Experience with electric utility project estimating and project management would be an asse Additional Assets: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
