Job ID: LMTM2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, shift starting at 7:00am Position Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $75,000 Workplace address: #5 County Energy Park | Box 10515, Lloydminster, AB T9V 3A6 To Apply: Responsibilities Coordination of freight activities in the fields of city dispatch, pick up and delivery services, dock operations, equipment maintenance, receivables, payables, and claims. Direct and participate in the implementation and evaluation of the terminal operations programs and procedures, ensuring consistency with established policies and profit goals. The successful candidate will be required to gain knowledge of all positions under their management and will be required to direct activities of all staff. Stay abreast of terminal related practices; trends, safety, political or regulatory activities, and competitive or economic changes which may affect the ability of the team to meet the terminals profitability. Duties Work with Controller to develop terminal budget to ensure maximum efficiency and return. Work alongside Recruitment to recruit, hire, train, and evaluate direct reports. Ensure the security of all personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials and facilities. Ensure that safety and safe working practices are exercised in the terminal and with all drivers. Responsible for the availability and operating condition of all trucks and equipment. Assures that proper maintenance of vehicles has been undertaken and safety standards are met. Supervise sales activity to expand existing business and acquire new accounts. Handle, resolve and investigate customer complaints, inspections, and the cause of damage, shortage and overage of freight. Comply with all applicable Federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations. Maintain clear-cut lines of communication and cooperation throughout the company. Observe all company rules, policies and procedures with regards to quality control, Occupational Health and Safety, etc. Minimum 5 years senior logistics management role within Transportation or Warehouse Industry. Education in Logistics & Supply Chain or Business Management. Professional Designation, CITT; with CCLP Certified Logistics Professional. Current 5-year Abstract with less than 4 demerits; Class #5; or Class 1 or 3 an asset. Required to successfully complete and maintain clear Criminal Record. Maintain compliance with the requirements for Company Pre-employment, Post Incident and Random testing under Company D&A Policy and regulations of OHS, Canada Labour Code II. Dental care.
