Required Qualifications: RCIC license in good standing with the CICC Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time experience in Canadian immigration law LMIA process Strong research skills of complex changes in Immigration law Strong legal writing, analytical, and client management skills Technologically proficient must be comfortable using CRMs, immigration portals, case management systems, form builders, and secure communication tools Must be available to work full-time from our Brampton office -Key Responsibilities: MUST have strong program eligibility research, decision and file reviewing skill-set End-to-End Case Management: Manage a diverse and high-volume portfolio of files from intake to final submission. Expert Filing: Lead the preparation and submission of complex applications, including: Permanent Residency: All Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), Express Entry (EE), and Spousal PR. Temporary Residency: SOWP, PGWP, Study Permits, TRVs, Super Visas, and Business Visas. Policy-Based Files: Handle critical, non-routine, and policy-based immigration matters requiring deep legislative knowledge. Legal Compliance: Ensure all submissions strictly adhere to IRPA and IRPR regulations. Client Advocacy: Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other relevant authorities. Quality Assurance: Conduct final reviews of application packages to ensure zero errors and maximize approval chances.
