SAP CXv2 Technical Architect (SAP Customer Experience Sales & Service Cloud Version 2) Contract Duration: 68 weeks to start, with strong potential for extension into the implementation phase Work Location: remote work in Canada Work Type: full time OR part time Overall CX experience in the Sales and Service space, to validate design and contribute to shaping the solution design. We are seeking an experienced SAP CXv2 Technical Architect specializing in SAP Customer Experience Sales and Service Cloud Version 2. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CXv2 architecture and hands-on implementation, along with the ability to translate functional requirements into well structured, scalable technical solutions. This consultant will play a central role in shaping solution design recommendations, supporting early phase architecture decisions, and preparing detailed documentation that will guide the full implementation. Required Skills & Experience Technical Experience Proven implementation experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud version 2 (CXv2). Strong understanding of SAP CX architecture, data structures, extensibility, integrations, and configuration. Ability to propose cross module solutions and integrate with SAP and non SAP systems. Experience documenting technical specifications, configuration designs, and integration patterns. Functional / Solution Design Ability to translate functional requirements into coherent, technically sound solution designs. Strong capability in assessing fit to standard and determining when configuration vs. extension is appropriate. Adept at simplifying complex requirements and presenting clear solution options.
