Were hiring a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting for a major ICI ground-up program. Youll partner closely with Project Leadership, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders to drive predictable delivery and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own the project controls framework across schedule, cost, change, and risk Lead baseline setup, progress tracking, and schedule health reviews (CPM) Manage cost reporting, cash flow, earned value (as applicable), and forecasts (EAC/ETC) Establish and maintain dashboards and executive reporting (weekly/monthly) Lead change management: trends, claims support, contingency tracking, approvals Drive risk registers and mitigation planning with project teams Support procurement and contract strategy with controls inputs and analytics Qualifications 8+ years in Project Controls on large ICI / infrastructure / complex builds Proven experience on $500M+ ground-up projects (PMO/program environment ideal) Strong tools: P6 (or equivalent), Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus Deep understanding of cost control, forecasting, CPM scheduling, and change/risk Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
