Toronto (Hybrid) $200K$250K base + benefits Most operators never get the chance to improve multiple companies at once. Not from the outside. From inside the business. Our client is looking for an Operating Partner for a long-term capital holding company that acquires and builds vertical market software companies . In this role, youll work directly with portfolio CEOs to drive operational improvement, EBITDA growth, and post-acquisition integrations across multiple businesses. Youll help lead: EBITDA and margin expansion 100-day integration plans after acquisitions Operating cadence (WBRs, MBRs, KPI dashboards) Strategic planning with CEOs and leadership teams AI-driven operational improvements Who this is ideal for Former GM, COO, President, or senior SaaS operator Experience owning or materially influencing a P&L Proven ability to improve profitability, pricing, or GTM performance Someone who enjoys coaching leaders while rolling up their sleeves This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple software companies simultaneously , helping build the systems and playbooks that drive long-term value creation. Strong fit backgrounds include : SaaS GM, COO, PE Operating Partner, Constellation-style portfolio operator, or senior leader from a $10M$100M software company.
