Job Description

The RBC Dominion Securities Management team located at White Rock is looking for a Branch Operations Assistant to provide superior service alongside administrative and operational support to clients and employees. What will you do? Help manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners. Provide attentive and accurate service to clients and respond to their needs. Complete administrative tasks for the Management team, including office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and support to the Branch Operations Manager. Perform administrative and operational tasks supporting advisor teams: process incoming and outgoing funds, process account opening and maintenance documentation, etc. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Meticulous attention to detail and excellent timemanagement skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. A professional approach to create a positive working environment. Ability to complete duties independently, seeking solutions. Nice-to-have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE. Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures. Experience in the securities industry. Whats in it for you? The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 $55,000, depending on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This position may be eligible for discretionary/variable incentive payment.
