Principal Position Pembina Trails School Division invites applications for the fulltime Principal position with duties commencing September2026. The School offers Kindergarten to Grade8 English programs for approximately 380 students with a staff of 73 (34 teachers and 39 support staff). Responsibilities Oversee the academic program from Kindergarten through Grade8. Lead a team of teachers and support staff to achieve high standards of student learning. Implement inclusive practices and support Middle Years programming. Promote shared decisionmaking and collaborative leadership. Coordinate with the division on curriculum, assessment, and professional development. Qualifications Demonstrated successful administrative experience. Knowledgeable in Middle Years programming and inclusive education. Preferred experience with second language learners. Master of Education degree or working toward completion. Strong communication, decisionmaking, and collaborative skills.
