We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented TERRITORY SALES MANAGER to join a growing organization that provides flexible workspace and portable storage solutions across North America. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys a mix of prospecting, relationship building, and closing business . What Youll Do Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets Drive new business through outbound prospecting (approx. 40%) and inbound lead conversion (approx. 30%) Identify and pursue opportunities across key industries and market segments Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline Promote a range of solutions including containers, modular buildings, and value-added services Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits Understand client needs and provide tailored, solution-based recommendations Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage accounts and track activity Prepare accurate and competitive quotes Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize value and pricing Negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments Provide insights and feedback to leadership Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline performance Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support teams Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on achieving sales goals What Were Looking For Experience in high-volume, transactional sales (leasing or similar industries preferred) Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts Comfortable engaging stakeholders from field-level to executive-level Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms Qualifications Post-secondary education preferred Minimum 1+ year of outbound sales or prospecting experience Ability to travel 1020% locally (minimal overnight travel) Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off Full-time, 100% on-site role (not remote or hybrid) Why This Role High-activity sales role with strong earning potential through performance Opportunity to grow within a stable, North American organization Diverse customer base and solution-driven sales environment If youre a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and driving results , this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
