About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Car Detail Team Lead to oversee the final stage of our vehicle production process, also known as the Last Mile Department . In this role, you will lead daily last-mile operations, manage the movement of completed vehicles from the assembly line to staging areas, and ensure vehicles are properly prepared for delivery to our clients while supporting team performance and operational efficiency.
