Job Description Insight Global is seeking Wellsite Supervisors to support active drilling operations across Western Canada. This individual will be responsible for overseeing wellsite operations, ensuring drilling activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Wellsite Leader will play a critical role in maintaining a strong safety culture on site, coordinating with drilling and directional teams, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the lifecycle of the well. This role requires hands-on field experience across complex drilling programs, including SAGD, multilateral horizontal wells, and Deep Basin operations. This is a 1-year contract with a high possibility of extension, offering rotations of either 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on and 1 week off, supporting multiple rig sites across Northern Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Northern British Columbia. Required Skills & Experience Proven SAGD experience Experience working on multilateral horizontal wells Deep Basin drilling experience Strong Directional Drilling background Prior experience working directly with an Oil & Gas operator Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and safety culture in previous roles Experience working in remote, rotational wellsite environments Start Date: As soon as available Shift: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 3 weeks on / 1 week off Location: Onsite at rig locations across Northern SK, AB, and Northern BC Expenses: First 100 km of driving is not reimbursable Travel beyond 100 km is reimbursable Housing and meals provided on rig sites
