Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Location: Brampton, ON (travel required for client visits) Training: Training will be for 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM WHY YOULL WANT TO APPLY: Join a well-established, Canadian-owned staffing company with 30+ years of success Consistent weekend schedule ideal for work-life balance or supplemental income High-impact role with direct influence on client success and business growth Fast-paced, team-oriented environment where performance is recognized Opportunity to build strong client relationships and develop your recruitment expertise Be part of a company that values Safety, Innovation, and Collaboration Autonomy in your role with support from leadership and cross-functional teams WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Source, attract, and recruit top talent using various methods and tools Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and candidate assessments Manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake to placement and onboarding Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinate and conduct employee orientations, check-ins, and ongoing support Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all requirements Communicate regularly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide updates Participate in client site visits and tours to better support recruitment efforts Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support hiring initiatives Handle employee relations, including assignment follow-ups and issue resolution WHAT YOULL NEED TO QUALIFY: Post-secondary education required Proven experience as a recruiter (light industrial experience is a strong asset) Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal English) Customer service experience (minimum 1 year) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation) Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools Must have access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and check-ins If youre ready to take ownership of your success, build meaningful relationships, and make an impact in a growing organization, we want to hear from you.
