Overview Imagine Recruitment is expanding and continuing our growth in the Accounting & Finance market. We are hiring a Finance Recruiter to join a growing team and work on senior-level finance & accounting positions in many different industries & markets. This position will focus more on recruitment and minimal business development. As part of joining the team, you will have access to an established client base, steady stream of job openings and working with an experienced leader. As part of the responsibilities, you will be building connections with candidates, strengthen relationships and place qualified candidates. Responsibilities: Proactively identify, evaluate, and recruit top talent to support strategic direct-hire needs within finance and accounting. Lead recruitment for roles including Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, Controller, Director, VP of Accounting, and CFO. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in audit, SEC reporting, FP&A, and corporate accounting. Partner closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring requirements, team dynamics, and future growth objectives. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support hiring initiatives across additional business lines and national practice areas. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and closing. Generate new business opportunities through candidate engagements, professional networking, and ongoing relationship-building. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to activity levels and individual Gross Margin targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients to drive ongoing and repeat success. Skills and experiences: Bachelors degree required. 25 years of recruiting experience, ideally in accounting & finance or professional services. CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive drive and resilience you like to win. The ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.
