You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning as well as:Build financial models to support capital projects, automation, and expansionOwn manufacturing cost analysis (materials, labour, overhead, variances)Partner with operations to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive marginsDeliver insights on pricing, demand planning, and product profitabilityDevelop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance plant performanceSupport ERP improvements and reporting automationWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone who is highly collaborative and enjoys being close to the business. You come with:710+ years of FP&A experience, including manufacturingStrong background in standard costing, inventory, and variance analysisAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)CPA (preferred)A collaborative, hands-on mindset with the ability to influence non-finance leadersQualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Gregory Lienhart.
