Following its recent expansion into the Canadian market, a need has arisen to hire a Bilingual Training Executive in the East Coast.Main responsibilities:Advise existing customers on how to improve their system useDevelop training materials in line with continuous system upgradesDesign bespoke training courses for individual client needsHelp new company joiners get up to speed in terms of application training through tailored sessions and workshopsPromote best practice on tech solutionsProfile sought:Bilingual English - French is a mustA minimum of 2 years' experience working in an insurance brokerage is requiredIdeally located in the Greater Toronto, Ottawa, Qubec City or Greater Montral areaIdeally previous experience as an Insurance Broker or using BMS (Broker Management Systems)Excellent communication skills and patience when explaining complex Tech solutions and processes to diverse populationsA logical approach to providing solutions to issuesAbility to learn fast and adapt to technical changes and new conceptsAbility to prioritize tasks and accommodate to schedules and deliveryAbility to work autonomously with great proactivity, initiative and motivationAbility to travel across Canada to conduct training when required even though the role is mostly remote (virtual training)Salary goes up to around CAD$85K + great benefits.Does this sound like the right opportunity for you?
