Brantford Office Full-Time $55K-$80K Range Great earning potential without the stress of cold calling or outdoor work Great Earnings $55K-$80K annually with commission opportunities Modern Office Work from our Brantford headquarters with a great team Warm Leads Inbound leads from our marketing no cold calling Full Training Comprehensive product and CRM training provided Regular Hours Monday-Friday schedule with some Saturday rotation Advance to Field Sales or Sales Management A Day in Inside Sales Morning Huddle Review leads, team updates 9:30 AM 1:00 PM Lead Follow-ups Web leads, email responses 4:30 PM End of Day Update CRM, prep for tomorrow What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from potential customers Qualify leads and gather project information Schedule appointments for field sales team Follow up on web form submissions and emails Enter lead information into CRM system Provide pricing estimates for common services Handle basic customer inquiries and questions Meet daily/weekly appointment booking targets What We're Looking For Excellent phone and communication skills 3+ years customer service or sales experience minimum Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling) Positive attitude and team player mindset Ability to handle multiple calls and follow up High school diploma minimum Sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation Package $55K-$65K annually Commission $15K-$30K potential Total Earnings $55K-$80K OTE Commission paid on every appointment that converts to a sale Ready to Apply?
