Vous serez fier ou fire du travail fourni par vos employs, de votre atelier de service quant la location du matriel ncessaire la construction de nos milieux de vie.What You'll DoMotivate, coach and train technicians to exceed time & quality standards and comply with standard repair and maintenance processesStaff location adequately based on skills and workloadResponsible for R&M, P&L and associated costs/budgetLead, plan, measure and continuous improvement of all service and maintenance performance metricsOversee parts department activities, to ensure optimal customer service, technician/shops/productivity and cost controlEvaluate performance and promotability of team members.
