Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Position Responsibilities Build and maintain rapport with customers over phone and email. Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. Maintain low portfolio aging by working with customers to resolve reasons for overdue payments. Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
