RequirementsA graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology and a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologists of OntarioRecent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferredReliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation teamSound knowledge of community resources is an assetEffective interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsA positive work and attendance record is essentialAbility to adapt to new computer applicationsThis role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting About SE HealthSE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart.
