This is a highly visible, colleaguefacing role focused on endtoend relocation case management , exceptional customer experience, and seamless coordination with HR partners and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Domestic Relocation Case Management Manage endtoend domestic relocation files for colleagues relocating within Canada and the U.S. Serve as the primary internal point of contact for relocating colleagues throughout the relocation lifecycle Conduct preoffer relocation walkthroughs , advising on policies, programs, and eligible benefits Provide proactive status updates to HR, Hiring Managers, and Global Mobility stakeholders HR Advisory & Program Support Advise HR and business partners on appropriate relocation programs, policies, and cost estimates Support offer letter wording related to relocation Manage exception requests and assess business impact Prepare CRA letters and required documentation Vendor & Service Coordination Coordinate services with relocation management companies, destination service providers, movers, tax, and immigration partners Order services, track delivery, and ensure timely execution Provide backup support to other case managers as needed Home Sale & Purchase Support (Key Specialty) Support home sale and purchase programs as part of relocation benefits Work closely with service partners on: Home sale marketing periods, Guaranteed home sale programs, Closing cost coverage Identify, communicate, and help mitigate potential business risk or losses Audit final home sale billing and approve for payment Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Audit vendor invoices and approve for payment Ensure relocation and moving allowances are paid accurately and on time Engage with Travel & Expense teams as required Maintain accurate relocation files within systems of record Manage shared inbox / ASK HR Portal Immigration Exposure (NicetoHave) Support crossborder cases by coordinating with immigration partners Track work permit / visa expiries and initiate renewals Review immigration billing and assignment end dates (Candidates with domesticonly experience are acceptable) Required Qualifications (MustHave) Undergraduate degree (HR, Business, or related) 57 years of experience in: Global Mobility, Relocation services and HR advisory with relocation exposure Strong domestic relocation experience (Canada and/or U.S.) Experience working with vendors and service providers Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proven customerfocused mindset (internal colleague experience) Experience with invoicing and invoice auditing Strong problemsolving and proactive communication skills Basic Excel knowledge Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) NicetoHave Qualifications Global mobility experience within a financial institution or enterprise environment HR Advisor background Experience supporting home sale / home purchase programs Exposure to crossborder relocation or immigration processes
