Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter, preferably with a staffing agency background, to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced tech environment. This role focuses on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates across engineering, sales, and professional functions. This is a part-time (24 hours/week), 100% remote role with potential to extend or convert to full-time based on performance. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including Hardware, Software, QA/Validation/Testing, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Project Manager, etc. Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche positions Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet tight hiring timelines Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a staffing agency background in the tech industry Proven track record of successfully filling technical and hard-to-fill roles Strong sourcing skills, especially for niche and specialized positions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for automotive, IoT, semiconductor, or AI-related roles Experience supporting both technical and business roles
