MissPoppins is a leading parenting support company connecting families with certified coaches and specialists. We are expanding our provider network and seeking experienced Career, Life Transitions, and Work-Life Balance Coaches who specialize in helping parents to deliver virtual one-on-one coaching sessions to our growing client base of parents and families. As a contracted Career & Transitions Coach with MissPoppins, you will: Conduct virtual coaching sessions with parents/families matched to your expertise Develop personalized guidance plans based on each familys needs Maintain professional session notes and follow-up recommendations Collaborate with MissPoppins care coordination team as needed Help parents navigate return-to-work after parental leave Coach on career pivots, flexibility negotiations, and work-life integration Support empty nesters transitioning to the next life chapter Guide parents through major life changes (relocation, career shifts, retirement) Provide time management and productivity coaching for working parents Certified/credentialed in your coaching specialty (relevant certifications required) This is an independent contractor role. You set your own schedule and session rates. MissPoppins provides the client referrals, scheduling technology, payment processing, and practice support infrastructure.
